These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the software product GST Executive (“Software”) provided by Prepogo Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By installing or using the Software, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. License Grant
Upon purchase or valid download from the Microsoft Store, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use GST Executive on your personal or organizational Windows device(s), in accordance with the licensing terms set by Microsoft and these Terms.
2. Permitted Use
You may use the Software solely for lawful GST-related compliance, reporting, or analysis You may install it on multiple devices owned or controlled by you, subject to the license model purchased.
3. Restrictions
You may not modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or distribute the Software without written permission from Prepogo Private Limited. You may not sell, lease, sublicense, or use the Software for commercial service bureau purposes. You may not remove or alter any copyright or ownership notices.
4. Intellectual Property
All copyrights, trademarks, and proprietary rights in GST Executive, including its design, code, and documentation, remain the exclusive property of Prepogo Private Limited. The Microsoft name and logo are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation and are used for distribution reference only.
5. Data Handling and Privacy
GST Executive operates fully offline and does not collect, transmit, or store any personal or GST-related data externally. All data is processed and saved locally on your system. Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information.
